Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker/Field Supervisor to join our team.You will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals within our community who require assistance and support.The successful candidates will be highly motivated, positive and professional individual who possess excellent motivation and communication skills and the ability to produce new ideas to assist our Service Users to achieve their goals and aspirations. Theywill also need to agree to enrol and complete their Level 3 if they don’t already possess this.The main responsibilities of the role would be;

  • Line management of a small group of support workers
  • Assisting with on call on a rota basis (approx. 1 evening per week and approx. 1 weekend per quarter in accordance with rota)
  • Completing compliance tasks such as spot checks and supervisions
  • Shadowing and mentoring new starters
  • Reviewing support plans and risk assessments to ensure they are kept up to date
  • Weekly office hours to complete admin tasks

Essential Criteria:
  • You MUST have a valid licence to drive in the UK and use of a car to transport service users.
  • You MUST have the right to work in the UK - We do not provide Sponsorship
  • Due to the nature of the role a full enhanced DBS check will be done.
  • Minimum of 1 years care experience
  • Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience
