Job Description

  • Position: Scheduling Administrator
  • Salary: £26,000 - £27,000
  • Location: Crawley
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm
  • Parking available
Duties will include:
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and warranty work, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date administration of diaries and scheduling systems to ensure accurate planning and execution of tasks.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to facilitate seamless transactions and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Compile and prepare paperwork for on a daily basis, facilitating smooth operations and proper documentation of work completed.
  • Provide general office support and administration as needed, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Key Skills required:
  • Have a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office)
  • Outstanding organisational ability
