Job Description

  1. To ensure that all clients / employees requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations.
  2. Assist and coordinate with scheduling and clearing of meeting rooms.
  3. Conduct floor walks, raising jobs through the Helpdesk and owning until completion.
  4. Anticipate needs and help wherever possible.
  5. Maintain neat appearance in the reception area, meeting rooms, caf, internal floors, and other common areas.
  6. Request building and housekeeping services as needed.
  7. Front Line Services: Issuing of passes, first point of contact & escalation, assisting with locker allocation, management of access & egress into the building, managing the entrance barriers (ANPR system).
  8. Mail Services: Delivering of Internal Mail, Franking of External Mail, Taking deliveries.
  9. Administration: Provide daily reporting on building usage, as well as participating in meetings as requested.
  10. Practical: Take part in First Aid Training and Fire Marshall Training.
This role is a varied role, giving lots of opportunity to work alongside some outstanding individuals. To succeed in this role you must be proficient in using MS office as well as being comfortable learning new systems.Interviews taking place during October with an anticipated start date in November. 40 hour working week between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
