Job Description

Role Summary:Quality Assurance Administrator/Analyst is responsible for assessing various types of administrative tasks post issue to ensure that quality within the administration teams is monitored and adhered to. This is a key role in the Quality Assurance team withinPerformance, Governance & Assurance based in our Crawley office supporting a portfolio of clients. It provides a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who will be instrumental in monitoring policies and procedures for quality in the administration teams. Thisis done through several different methods, depending on the field of work. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, honest and responsible.Equiniti is a leading provider of technology and solutions for complex administration and payments. Our Pensions Administration teams are responsible for keeping accurate compliant records for our clients and pension scheme members. We hold records for 70 million shareholders,look after pension schemes for about 20% of all pensioners in the UK and provide services which touch 27 million consumers, and we need to make sure we get it right first time.This role can based remotely but will require travel to the Crawley Office/ EQ Office on an adhoc basis.Business Function:EQ Paymaster works with the UKs public and private sector schemes and the Life and Pensions sector and HR Payroll to manage complex administration and payments. The division covers pensions, insurance contracts, rewards and benefits, and payments / payroll.Our solution-based approach provides an interactive experience through the lifetime of policyholders, employees and scheme members, and enables our clients to free up resource to focus on their core business.The Performance, Governance and Assurance (P, G & A) Team are an independent Team, reporting to the Head of P, G & A Team and provide crucial risk & control management, with MI and reporting for Group Operations. They are a highly motivated team and focuson the delivery of a number of business-critical functions.Core duties and responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Review quality assurance policy and procedures
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
  • Assist with planning, conducting and monitoring testing and inspection of transactions to ensure finished quality
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Produce monthly quality dashboard
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour:The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
  • Strong pensions administration knowledge
  • Quality assurance and testing experience
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Ability to interpret German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian information from multiple sources is desirable
