Job Description

Established company based in Crawley seek an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join their existing team.Reporting to the Financial Managerthis role will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Weekly payment run
  • Credit Card payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Foreign currency payments
  • Checking and processing staff expenses
  • Dealing with expense queries
  • Assisting with cashiering
Ideal candidate will be immediately available and have good purchase ledger and expenses experience and have previous multi currency experience. Role would suit individual eager to learn and develop and join a fast paced working environment. Strong IT andCommunication skills are essential.
