This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of psychology in a school setting, working closely with students, teachers,and parents to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Main Responsibilities of a Psychology Graduate:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may benefit from social-emotional guidance, behaviour management, or academic assistance.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students social and emotional needs, as well as learning challenges, and collaborate with the schools counselling and special education teams.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address students emotional, social, and behavioural concerns, working closely with teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide guidance on classroom strategies and techniques to support students psychological and emotional well-being.
Main Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, as well as psychology principles and theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with educational and psychological assessment tools is a plus.
