Job Summary Responsible for developing relationships with community groups and prospective Partners to encourage eligible participants to join the WHP Pioneer programme.Demonstrate the participant journey, manage the participant experience, signpost to specialist support, and provide mentoring support where needed. This position will build the framework of referral partners for participants the WHP Pioneer contract withinthe Southern Region.Committed to supporting individuals who face multiple barriers to employment, we transform the lives of disabled people and those with health conditions through sustainable employment. We do this by equipping them with the skills and confidence they needto enter or return to work, and empower organisations to support their disabled colleagues and improve workplace wellbeing.This position will build the framework of support for participants on our Work and Health contract. A good understanding of what is available locally this role will work to establish and manage local and regional relations with provision our teams and participantscan benefit from. This could include, but not limited to, support around Basic Skills, voluntary work and or placements, support for those with health conditions or debt for example. The role will manage this being utilised by teams locally and ensure duediligence and accurate record keeping throughout.Essential Job Duties 1. To work across a specific region in Surrey, West Sussex and North Hampshire to create, facilitate, develop and manage local and regional relationships with Partner and Community organisations to support the generation of eligible referrals and allow forthe successful delivery of the Work and Health Pioneer Programme.2. Taking the lead role in the development, implementation, facilitation and management of the Intervention Framework, ensuring consistency of approach across all teams whilst supporting and encouraging local flexibilities3. Act as a key liaison with Partner organisations to further develop the Intervention Framework and position its effectiveness as key in supporting MPS agenda on employment, skills and wellbeing.4. Identification of gaps in provision and developing local partner relationships to address any such gaps – and gain the buy in of local MPS team to utilise.5. Ensure that good practice in partnership and due diligence is effectively completed and accurate records held for all on the framework6. To track the usage across teams and the region and be able to provide monthly reports to demonstrate the take up – including voluntary work and work placements.7. Manage and address any under or poor performance emerging from the intervention framework – both in terms of provision delivery and teams buy in and usage for example8. To act as the link to pull together the quarterly newsletter that goes out to JCP and Partner organisations (with the support of the marketing team)9. To represent MAXIMUS in key stakeholder meetings and manage communications accordingly10. To support with marketing and social media content to ensure WHP Pioneer is successfully marketed to an appropriate audience and consequently, generates suitable and eligible referrals.Education and Experience Requirements Qualifications & Experience ESSENTIAL Excellent working knowledge of disabilities, barriers customers face, products and services available to them locally and funding streams. An understanding of the local landscape of relevant support, community, voluntary groups and potential partner organisations. Ability to plan and organise workload to meet business need and activity in line with contractual obligations. Effective relationship builder with demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills that promote commitment and action Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles both internally and externally. Proven track record of delivering results, particularly through the development of partnership and supply chain arrangements with third party organisations. Ability to travel independently across Surrey. West Sussex and North Hampshire Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports, statistics & documentation through competent ICT useDESIRABLE Experience of working with partner organisations to deliver integrated services.
