Job Description

The client; is a medium sized facilities services organisation, with head offices based near the centre of Crawley. Based from home and the head office, this role offers a great opportunity to hold an autonomous IT role whilst being developed by a knowledgeable and very experienced IT ManagerThe role: responsible for the day-to-day support of user’s computer, systems and networks. This role will ensure the smooth running of the business IT infrastructureGeneral duties include;

  • Remote / office IT support for; Infrastructure, hardware, printers, desktop, etc
  • Remote/ face to face user support, network support/ configuration, server support, system / network security
  • Set up new starters/ ensure employees computer’s are up to date
  • Liaising with stakeholders via phone, email and face to face
  • Supporting various projects
    • We are looking for someone with these abilities/ qualities / experiences:
  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • Strong experience in desktop support, pc hardware, software and networking (able to work in an autonomous IT role)
  • Knowledge of cloud services/ computing , Office 365, Network and Computer security
  • A first-class communicator via phone, email and face to face
  • Able to quickly assimilate new information and understand business drivers
