We have a fantastic new position as a Human Resources manager with one of our enduring partners. As we continue to assist in locating and hiring financial services talent for this reputable wealth management company, we find ourselves in the exceptionalposition of hiring someone with whom we will collaborate closely going forward.Long-term opportunities exist in this role to establish and expand your own HR team and provide guidance and direction. You will initially be responsible for managing the HR policies that are in place. After that, you will be expected to review them, offersuggestions, and alter them as necessary to enhance the services your team can offer the larger company. In the end, making sure that a company that views employee development and training as essential to the companys culture has a safe, healthy, and stimulatingwork environment.The job will involve a variety of responsibilities, such as strategic HR planning (including recruitment and succession planning), managing the integration of employees through business acquisitions, and supervising staff training and development. When necessary,you will also assist staff and line management with personnel performance planning and take part in staff discipline management.A small group of administrators and receptionists will be under your direct supervision, and you will be responsible for providing them with mentorship and support as they grow under your guidance.Candidates should have a reasonable amount of experience managing HR departments and a track record of implementing policies and procedures for UK-wide businesses with 700+ employees.Although not required if a sufficient amount of experience in a similar role can be demonstrated, having your CIPD qualifications will significantly enhance your application.
