REED HR are supporting a growing organisation in the Financial Services sector based in Crawley , West Sussex recruit for an HR Shared Service Manager to join their HR team on a permanent basis.This role has been created to help the team through a key period of change whilst they structure a Shared Service Model into their HR function.Salary: Paying up to £55,000paReporting into the HR Director,some of your duties will include:· Design theend to end HR shared services environment for the business, setting scope of service, action plans, SLA, HRSS – HRIS metrics, HR repository and HRSS team roles and responsibilities.· Analysis of current HRIS for fit for purpose for Payroll integration into one system.· Redesignthe HR operations process for operational efficiency, including onboarding and recruitment.· Coachand lead a new team of 6 direct reports , deliverthe full HR employee lifecycle.The successful candidate will have experience of working within a Shared Service environment and ideally has had exposure to the Financial Services sector.If this is of interest, please apply now with your most up to date C.V or contact Molly McLaughlin for more information.
