Job Description

HR Generalist | International Live Events | Crawley | Exciting Employee BenefitsEXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently recruiting for an International Live Events Company, for the role of HR Generalist. Its an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable organisation who are the worlds premier provider of outsourced technology, staging and production services, providing outsourced television production servicesin the broadcast industry!What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead in the resolution of queries and provide support on policies and processes
  • Guide management on employee relations and performance management
  • Handle complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company when required
  • Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures
  • Taking a directing role in the maintenance of personnel records, training records and absence reports
  • Taking a leading role in recruitment activities
  • Oversee the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and all other correspondence related to HR
  • Build strong working relationships with the management team across the business
  • When required recommend and facilitate training sessions
Skills/Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on human resources experience as a Senior HR Administrator and/or HR Generalist is essential
  • Prior experience in managing employee relations matters, including difficult discussions on topics like tribunals, redundancies, furlough, settlement agreements, disciplinaries and grievances would be beneficial
  • Recruitment experience is required e.g., writing job adverts, scheduling interviews, communicating offers and salary negotiations
  • Excellent administration, written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail is essential and good numerical skills are advantageous
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are needed to attend other office locations as required (minimal travel expected)
