Badenoch + Clark are currently working with a highly successful and profitable organisation in the recruitment of a part qualified Group Accountant on a permanent basis.Reporting into the Financial Controller you will have responsibility for assisting with group accounts along with having sole responsibility for managing all financial aspects for one of the small subsidiaries within the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified management / financial accountant who is actively studying either ACCA / ACA or CIMA and who is looking for a role and company that offer study support and ongoing development and progression.Key responsibilities will include:*Assist with the month end and quarterly reporting, including consolidations and group inter-company balances*Produce monthly management reports in a timely manner (balance sheet, income statements etc)*Monitor and manage the cash flow needs of the company*Work with external accounting advisors on all tax matters*Build strong productive relationships with both internal functions and external customers.Key skills / experience:*Currently studying for an accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)*Have experience of working either within a group accounting / financial accounting role (candidates from practice are encouraged to apply also)*Have excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak to Executives within the business*Have drive and ambition to want to develop and progress within a fast paced and successful organisationBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
