Reed Finance have been exclusively engaged by a rapidly growing SME in the recruitment for a Financial Controller to join their expanding team.This is a newly created role to provide strategic support to the Finance Director, initially for a minimum of 3 months however is highly likely to become permanent for the right candidate.Due to the nature of this position, an accounting qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) is essential.As Financial Controller, your key duties will include:Month End and Year EndBalance sheet reconciliationsLiaising with external auditors and associated queriesTax ReturnsImproving financial processes and policiesSupporting with oversight of management and financial accountingOther ad-hoc finance and strategic support to the Financial DirectorThis is a genuinely rare opportunity to join a true market leader, who are enjoying continued growth and success with even more ambitious future plans.
