We are a leading managed IT service provider in the education sector.CTS are looking for a Customer Service Analyst to become the first point of call for our Customers, Students, Parents and Educational Institutions. They will contact you with alltheir questions regarding our Easy4U Package. CTS have now launched their Easy4u Service – working with our partners from Belgium and the Netherlands in delivering laptops to schools across the UK - offering a personalised, full-service education laptop to their students, with a customised school web-shop, a self-service portal, and a full-service model in case of repairs. Key Tasks Customer Service·You need to be a good listener, have a lot of empathy and patience with our customers·You need to take ownership of the whole lifecycle of a problem for a customer·Knowledge of dealing with individuals and resolving issues in a timely manner·Ability to communicate well in written English·Work with our Easy4u Service Platform and Helpdesk System to record items and ensure that Customers are informed of progress with their repair·Work with our customers to ensure they get the most of out their Easy4u platform·Ability to be flexible: some shifts will be in the evening·Experience with computers and technology is not necessary, but always helpfulBusiness Support·Work with some of our internal teams, perhaps in different departments, to support them in the delivery of the end goal – schools to sign up to our service·Support some areas of our Easy4u System – including web-shop/article creation to ensure we are using the system properly·Support with debtor management through our Stripe, PAYT systems·Full training will be given on the aboveWhat do we offer you·A competitive salary – up to £25,000·25 days holiday·Workingin a fast-growing company, where there are always new opportunities if you want to grow with us and develop·Access to online training systems to self-develop, where applicable ability to sit fully funded exams·A modern service centre and supportive management
