Job Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Head of Finance and assist with everyday transactional accounting as well as helping with the monthly management accounts and cost analysis.Salary: £28-32KLocation: Crawley, West Sussex. Parking onsiteHours: 40 hour working week. Monday to FridayAccounts Assistant duties:

  • Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
  • Producing financial reports
  • Reconciliations
  • Updating costing sheets and checking costings / analysis
  • Pricing checks across invoicing systems
  • Credit Control
  • Expenses
  • Meeting and liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting with with month end / management accounts
  • Processing of supplier payments and setting up new suppliers
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience of working in a similar varied Finance / Accounts Assistant type role
  • Good IT skills - MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
