Account Development Executive - Event Sales Crawley RH1020-30k Base, 38k OTE + Excellent BenefitsAs a leading public and private sector events organiser, our client hosts multiple forums covering numerous sectors including healthcare, technology, law enforcement and education. Through enabling business engagements, delivering real-time business intelligenceand first-rate benchmarking, they are well placed for further growth. They now have an exciting opportunity for an Account Development Executive to join their fun and focused team.As an internally based Account Development Executive, you will: * Develop event revenue inline with overall company objectives* Work in a new business capacity, developing a pipeline and closing deals of varying value* Target both SME and corporate accounts throughout the UK and beyond* Convert provided leads into sales* Work on a variety of events and sectors* Deliver extensive event research, highlighting prospects and targets* Participate in briefing meetings with the production team.* Travel to eventsThe ideal Account Development Executive will: * Possess previous B2B sales experience gained in a fast-paced and driven internal sales environment* Be dynamic in approach, have high energy levels, possess drive, motivation and above all, the ability to communicate at all levels of the business community* Have a proven record of sales success and be committed to furthering their career within a fast-growing organisation* Be new business-focused, motivated by reward, and possess an outgoing, sporty, tenacious, and boisterous personalityThe successful Account Development Executive can expect: * A base salary of circa 20-30k* An uncapped OTE of 38k first year* Regular travel* Regular and generous incentives* Simulators and games in the office (table tennis, pool, darts etc.)* Pension, healthcare* Food and drinks* Gym access* A fun working environmentCertus Origin is an established and experienced specialist consultancy providing graduate and early career recruitment services to the business community throughout the UK, Europe, and North America.
