Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Job Description

Based in Cranbrook, Kent, my client is a leading, fast paced and dynamic management consultancy delivering Business and Technology Change services to the UK’s fastest growing companies. Their ability to deliver exceptional quality to clients has facilitated rapid growth over the last 12 months and they have ambitious plans to upscale substantially further. As part of this growth they are seeking an intelligent, diligent and highly organised Office Manager / PA to support the senior management team across all aspects of the day to day running of both UK and global operations.Duties

  • Diary Management (Senior Management team)
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls, meeting rooms and restaurant bookings
  • Take calls and messages
  • Book travel, flights and hotel (post lockdown)
  • Editing support of PowerPoint / InDesign presentations
  • Reconciliation of expenses
  • Taking Minutes at Management / Board meeting and coordinating follow up actions
  • Setting up regular team meetings with consultants
  • Create and file signed Non-Disclosure Agreements, and contracts
  • Record all planned and unplanned absences
  • Build good relationships with suppliers, ensure cost efficiency
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash
  • Organise employee social events
  • Manage master document templates for presentations, letters, legal documents, internal correspondence, email signatures etc
  • Coordinate with client engagement leads and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Liaise with Senior Management, Finance team and Accountant to help reconcile accounts
  • Respond to supplier accounts payable requests and queries
  • Coordinate all recruitment activity
  • Oversee the onboarding of new starter contracts
  • This is a busy and varied role and covers all aspects of office management / PA duties and ideal applicants will have excellent experience in a similar role.You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £28K - £33K DOE and my client will also consider some home based / remote working for a couple of days a week (office based the other days) following the Covid restrictions being lifted.Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday however again, there is flexibility around this to suit family commitments if required.This is an excellent opportunity to join a local yet dynamic and well established management consultancy with career progression due to continued growth.Can all applicants please apply attaching an up to date CV in Word format.
