Job Description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technical Administrator to join the team located in Cramlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for aspects of administration duties in support of the European Stability Unit team.Role Summary:

  • General administrative duties to the European Stability Unit (ESU) to include, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
  • Ordering of office stationery
  • Unpacking of stability samples
  • Running deviation metrics and updating the Site Compliance Dashboard on a weekly basis
  • Liaising with ESU Quality Team to produce regional monthly metrics
  • Archiving documents when necessary
  • Maintaining an organised archived library
  • Provide assistance with Audits
  • Draft memos and reports as required
  • Review and update SOPs to support site projects
  • Update Site Compliance dashboard on weekly basis
  • Attend meetings and WebEx to support client
  • Support OSC Department when required
  • Ensure compliance with Company and client Health, Safety and Environmental rules
  • Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork to Company standards
  • Experience Required:
  • Good general education background
  • Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with strong experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
  • Able and flexible handling a wide variety of items on a daily basis
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer Service skills
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff in a polite and efficient manner
  • Reliable and conscientious worker willing to learn and develop new skills and adapt to new working environments
  • Ability to prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines
  • Working in a busy department with tight deadlines
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong proven Customer Service experience
