The role will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are implemented within the organization while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Having direct hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with the proficiency of the implementation and developmentlifecycle will be needed for this role.Responsibilities Lead as an experienced ServiceNow Developer, mentoring and supporting junior the team members Own, govern and review all development within the ServiceNow platform Ensure all requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinates implementation of new product releases Manage complex technical challenges, define pragmatic solutions and communicate key messages to customers and other stakeholders Work closely with various teams to identify solutions and improve ServiceNow capabilities Lead the platform design integrations Design & Implement a range of solutions based on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to: Define and maintain technical governance, principles, standards and policiesDesired Experience 3+ years experience in the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment Experience with one or more of the following: Java, Angular JS, NodeJS, Jelly Scripting, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, HTML 5 and Web Services Integration Experience with developing ServiceNow in any of CSM, ITSM, ITOM and ITBM
