Job Description

Were currently growing and expanding the team and we need someone to join us and strengthen our Product Management capability.Youll be joining a team of Project and Delivery Managers who are responsible for managing the successful development and implementation of the product from beginning to end. This person sees strategic ideas through from inception to release. The role willbe based in our UK Headquarters in Cramlington, with flexibility in terms of the working pattern (see below).Working directly for the Head of Product Delivery you will be responsible for leading the development lifecycle processes, and ensuring agreed specifications across all stakeholders. You will help marketing, product management, development, QA and communityteams to define, manage and deploy features and associated changes.Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support scrum events: Planning Sessions, Daily Stand Up, Refinements, and Retrospectives.
  • Working with the development team, create project plans, identify and track milestones, and communicate estimated delivery dates to the wider business.
  • Effective management of key risks and dependencies of projects, and escalate to the relevant team when required.
  • Act as the point of contact for communications between the development team and the wider business.
  • Lead and plan software releases for application releases.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements:Essential:
  • At least 2 years experience in Project or Delivery Management of software delivery.
  • Agile and Scrum Master experience.
  • Demonstrate a detail oriented mindset with the ability to manage numerous projects in parallel.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making ability.
  • Team building and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating to maximise performance.
Desirable:
  • Experience of working with mobile application development.
  • Relevant training or qualifications related to the role.
  • A graduate in a business or technology related degree.
  • Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.
