We are looking for a talented and motivated prepress operator to join our team at our Cramlington site. As a prepress operator, you will beresponsible for:Creating repro ready files from customer supplied artwork, ready for printingScheduling and prioritising designs, communicating with internal and external customers when necessaryEnsuring all customer requirements are met while working to specific SOPs and documentation within a controlled environmentEnsuring quality levels are maintained and/or improvedAdvising and agreeing technical detail as and when requiredSupporting the implementation of relevant continuous improvement activities affecting the department, site, and business unitSupporting training activities of co-workersAssisting different functions within the site as trained, as and when requiredTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:Experience in the role within a manufacturing environment (packaging preferred)Use of CI tools, Artpro and Illustrator essentialPreferred but not essential, experience in Digital prepress, Digital printing and artworkDemonstrate full understanding of GMP/GDocPSpecific skills and abilities, such as attention to detail, problem solving, IT skills, communication skills, team player, self-motivated, dynamic and open mind oriented, pragmatic, flexible and able to adapt to a fast-changing environmentIf you think you have what it takes to join our team, please apply we look forward to hearing from you.
