I am delighted to be supporting my client, located in Cramlington with their search for an Operations Administrator. The role will be a permanent role and the hours of work are 9-5pm (Monday to Friday). We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in a similar role and who have the following experience/Skills:Duties for the Role:• Provide secretarial support to the Operations Manager, Operations department • Admin support• Print relevant documentation for Operations department• Typing of reports and SOPs• Collate statistical information, set up databases and produce graphical presentations for meetings• Management of e-mail and calendars and arrangement of meetings• Super user Time & Attendance system• Prepare and submit overtime returns• Prepare spreadsheets showing overtime costs for Christmas and Summer Shut Downs• Set up appraisal review meetings, prepare review paperwork and submit to HR• Office Audits• Maintain supply of stationery for the site• Process purchase requisitions, review and approve invoices• Organise and maintain filing system, including paper files and electronic system.• Input timesheet information onto SAP• Monitor contract engineer costs• Manage travel requirements for Operations• Book out pool car, monitor mileage, ensure the car is kept clean and fuelled• Produce presentations using PowerPoint• Update daily the electronic presentation displayed on the plant• Preparation, issue and recording of Capital Asset Requests including project closure paperwork• Documentation reviewer when required• Provide support/guidance for Operations department apprenticeIf you have the above skills and experience, then please contact me for further information.
