Central Employment are working in partnership with an industry leading marketing services provider to a specialist vertical/sector, as they look to appoint an Operational Lead.Due to the operational team being North East, the new Operational Lead needs to be based in the region, working 2-3 days from their facility.Operational Lead profile:The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for operational day-to-day running of Marketing services business. Reporting into Head of Customer Service and Sales, this role is responsible for the end-to-end process, business reporting and development ofthe Brand. You will provide support to all key/operational areas and be the first point of contact for escalations and sales queries relating to the work in their remit. It is an extremely varied role where high levels of organization, critical decision makingand commercial acumen are essential.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:· Be the first point of contact operationally for the Brand· Manage the prioritization of the development tickets· Report on brand performance· Work with others within the business to improve efficiency· Day to day contact with the Sales team, on a local and national level· Identify challenges and implement improvements· Make commercial decisions, to drive business and brand forwardKnowledge, Skills and abilities required:· Proven history of strong stakeholder management.· Proven history of change management.· Proven history of being responsible for a busy and diverse workload.· Highly organized and self-motivated.· Ability to work under pressure to high standards and tight deadlines is essential.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Excellent customer service skills.· A good knowledge of digital print is preferred but not essential.· A sound knowledge of Adobe CS & Microsoft programs required is preferred but not essential.
