Job Description

Are you an dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator looking to join a well established and forward thinking businessBMC Recruitment Group are delighted to be working alongside a well established business in the the Seaton Burn area who are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent contract. As an Administrator, you will be a key part working within the administration and HR function to support these and other business functions. There is the possibility of ad-hoc remote working days and they is flexibility to cater hours for child care and other life commitments.Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5::00pm OR 08:30am - 4:30pmFriday 08:00 - 1:30pm There may be a requirement to be flexible from time to time to cater for staff holidays or absence. Job Duties include: * Providing support to other departments including the HR function and assist where necessary with any admin tasks.* Answers telephones via the calling system, takes messages and answers queries to customers and internal work staff.* Booking in travel and hospitality arrangements and supporting with clients visits and general coordination* Coordinating and booking facilities and responsible for managing stock levels for refreshments including setting up refreshments for staff meetings.* Assist where necessary with correspondence and documents, and help update presentations, spreadsheets, and databases, if and when required.* Responsible for organises incoming and outgoing mail and couriers and distributing correspondence and other material to department staff where necessary.* Orders and maintains office supplies and company workwear* Assist in managing time and attendance, e.g., clock times, timesheets, holiday, and sickness absence and uploading documents to relevant employee records.* Helping to assist with new starter inductions and coordinating the management and administration of new starters* Accompanying our HR Assistant to carry out inductions and assisting them with their company presentations and general induction tasks.* Assisting within the coordination of training and helping to book and coordinating documentation and certification according to the Company Training Manual.Benefits: * 25 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays* Pension 7% matched* Shopping Discount Vouchers* Interest free loan available at Christmas for goods* Discounted Eye Tests* Free Parking
