Job Description

Shift Pattern:7-3pm, 3-11pm & 11-7am - Monday to Thursday and 7-12.30pm, 12.30pm - 6pm, 6-11.30pm Friday.Rate of pay:Basic - £10.70, with 17% increase on day and back shift (£12.52), with additional 26% for night shift (£13.49). Overtime availability dependant on business needs.About you:
  • A good awareness of Health and Safety
  • Complete production activities in order of priority
  • Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake production tasks safely and accordance with instructions
  • Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
  • Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
  • Eager to learn
  • Previous production experience is desirable but not essential
Your will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analysed
  • Quality inspect all the work and comply with relevant documentation/engineering specifications
