Position: Embedded EngineerSalary: Up to £60,000Location of Office: Cramlington, NorthumberlandLocation of Work: Hybrid remote working available 2/3 day remote a weekThe Role: An exciting position has now been created for an Embedded Engineer to join an internationally recognised market leader working towards the development of next generation life-saving products. You will be working in a new productdevelopment team with state-of-the-art technology, working towards the development of a new IoT connected safety devices.Working in a new product development team you will be expected to contribute throughout the product lifecycle and be given the chance to make a real impact in design and development plans for new product releases.You will be expected to be strong coding in C/C++ in a bare metal environment, confident coding with PIC or ARM controllers and have worked with a range of networking and communication protocols (RS232, I2C, UART, TCP/IP etc) Any experience with EmbeddedLinux or wireless communication protocols is highly desirable and previous experience with IoT connected devices will really make your CV standout.The successful Embedded Engineer will be joining an internationally recognised market leader as their embark on the design and development of next generation products within the safety sector with plans to develop new medical devices in the near future.A flexible remote working scheme is in place and whilst on site you will have full access to a state-of-the-art design set up and the chance to work with experienced software enthusiasts in an agile, collaborative environment.Skills Required:
