Job Title: E-Commerce ExecutiveLocation: CramlingtonSalary: £22k Plus monthly bonus based on performanceOur client, an award-winning multi-channel distributor based in Cramlington is looking to hire a bright and ambitious, sales-driven Online Trading Executive to help grow their B2C online sales via their marketplace partner network. The role offers the opportunityto shape the overall digital development strategy of the business, making your mark by developing excellent client and supplier relationships and driving sales via the third-party websites such as NEXT, ASOS, T-Mall and others.You will assist in the look and feel of their sites and be involved in getting all of their seasonal products online quickly to maximise sales and ensure that the same products are listed properly on third-party sites such as Amazon and eBay. You will alsobe involved in online marketing campaigns, through our social media accounts, and by direct email to our customer database.Roles and Responsibilities: Ensuring that new products are listed online as quickly and efficiently as possible. Analysing reports to understand good and poor performance. Make sure our complete inventory is listed on Amazon, other sites. Site walks to raise any potential issues - broken links, incorrect product descriptions Checks to ensure the content is relevant to the season and suggesting changes. Monitoring stock levels and reporting issues to Management Working with our PPC & SEO specialists to ensure optimum site performance. Creating regular interesting and eye-catching posts on our social media accounts. Working with our PPC & SEO specialists to ensure optimum site performance. Understanding a fashion-based business would be an advantage Understanding and experience of Amazon & eBay retailing Skills & interest in Digital photography would be an advantage Ability to understand the customer base for significantly different products.Skills and Experience: Previous involvement in eCommerce, merchandising & ability to use Excel Visualsoft platform experience would be an advantage but not essential. Strong analytical skills & a keen eye for detail Effective communication & language skills & ability to sell a product interestingly.
