Job Description

Adecco are currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our clients team based in Cramlington. This is a 6-month fixed term contract position with the possibility of a permanent position.Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Inclusive of shift allowance) PAYE or Self Employed Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC machines
  • Experience with Mazak machines and Fanuc Controls
  • Cutting, drilling, shaping, and finishing metal products according to engineering drawings
  • Assisting fabrication staff as and when required
  • Maintaining a high level of health and safety standards
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of CNC machines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller
  • Strong ability to set and operate CNC machines
  • Knowledge and experience with Mazak machines and Fanuc Controls
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
