Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Support Administrator for their client located in Cramlington.The role would ideally suit a junior candidate who has recently completed their Apprenticeship in Business Administration.Duties:Business Support is at the heart of this role, the successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable and able to support across multiple departments.Duties include: Filing Data-input on a CRM system (experience of using Connectwise would be a benefit but not essential) Assist with contracts/admin tasks from other department in the business Meet and great visitors to the building Accepting/checking in deliveries of IT stock for clients/check against delivery notes Answering incoming callsSkills and attributes needed for the role: Computer literate Positive personality Good customer services skills People skills Can be trusted to work autonomously Good confident communicator Prior office administration experience
