Job Description

Workspace Services ManagerAre you someone who is passionate about Facilities Management, Employee engagement and Well-beingAt Jewson we are looking for a Workspace Services Manager to work in our Facilities Management Team, helping with implementing effective technology, tools and practices to make our buildings and remote work environments as agile and effective as possibleYou will be working closely with the HR Team, EHS Department and reporting into the HR Director, working in a vibrant, fast paced environment where you can demonstrate your flair for Facility Management, Employer Engagement and Change Management.Jewson is one of 30+ Saint-Gobain brands, - At Jewson we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to understand our customers needs in order to deliver solutions to save them time, money and hassle.   • Strong knowledge of buildings, HSE regulations and technology to ensure our workplace environments are safe, sustainable, legally compliant and enhance the well-being and productivity of our people.
  • Stable background within Facilities Management covering both Soft and Hard Services
  • Holds a NEBOSH certification
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
What you will be doing:
  • Ensure Workplace space, design and layout are aligned to the organisations commitments to sustainable buildings, zero carbon, physical and mental health, allowing flexibility of space for most productive working, risk management and collaboration
  • Effectively manage the buildings budget, identifying opportunities for improvement in service provisions and/or operating processes that will generate savings/optimized spend/reduced overheads.
  • Leads the management of change and project management associated with building adaptations such as relocations, closures, openings. Analyzing feedback regarding the works paces for both home and office based colleagues, translating feedback into projectsfor improvement
  • Management of 3 members of the Workspace Services team to ensure they are engaged and motivated to provide excellent customer service to all.
