Job Description

Do you have experience within production,assembly, machine operating within a manufacturing enviroment and are you seeking a new job in Coventry Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative defence manufacturer recruit a Process Operative to work6am - 4pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday shift. This role comes witha rate of £16.00 per hour.As a Process Operative, you will build and assemble components for the supply to the composites and defence industries. You will work to a Production plan as supplied by the Team Leader and will work in Teams within a busy production cell.If you were already in this Process Operative role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Handling raw materials supplied to work streams
  • Delivery and set up
  • Placing cut material shapes into various tools
  • Preforming tooling and material
  • Vac form tooling.

  • Finishing and assembly of composites components
  • Packaging and labelling of finished products
  • Press operation.
