An excellent opportunity has become available to work with a leading manufacturer of performance brake and clutch systems for motorsport, OEM, aftermarket upgrades, armoured vehicles and motorcycle applications.Based in Coventry, our client has achieved more national and international sporting success than any of its rivals.The position is for a fixed day shift. The hours are Monday to Thursday 07.00 - 16.00, Friday 07.00 - 15.00.Pay rate: £13.20 per hour. £28,500 per annum.Main Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for the operation of a section within the warehouse function.Communicate work priorities to the team.Meet targets set by the warehouse manager.Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules.Ensure that all stock control requirements are located correctly and met.Manage relevant KPIs as required by the business.Resolve any issues or problems that occur in the warehouse.Open up and lock up as required.Manage the team.Support with in house training.Key Skills/ Attributes Required:Previous experience as a warehouse team leader.A strong understanding of MRP and willingness to learn AX.Ability to manage a small team and motivate and develop them.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Good organisational and planning skills.
