Job Description

The Role: Warehouse Supervisor/Co-ordinator/ManagerLocation: Tile Hill CoventryDuration: Minimum six months, may lead to a permanent role!Salary: circa £30kHours: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4:30 with 30 minutes for lunch.Immediate start!The Client: A lovely family business whereby people are treated as equals, respectful, humble, drive and enthusiastic, everyone makes a difference. Our wonderful client is an established industry authority that specialises in luxury projects. They createinspiring spaces using natural stone and porcelain.The Role: We believe we are seeking to hire a warehouse supervisor or a co-ordinator, may even suit a manager. This is a stand-alone role given the headcount for the business is a total of 15 employees.Key Responsibilities:

  • Self - Management and motivation of warehouse department with part time assistant
  • To manage the inbounds & outbounds.
  • To manage all inventory accurately within the goods warehouses.
  • To manage and document a continuous improvement via Standard Operative Procedures - SOP monitoring.
  • Maintain an Audit system that records dispatch of all Goods in and Goods out of the company.
  • Monitor and re-stock the sample department.
  • Manage and implement relevant risk management processes to ensure Health and Safety Compliance.
  • To eliminate waste and maintain consistency in the Warehouse department
  • To maintain and secure the premises and facilities to the SOP standard
  • Must have a valid counterbalance forklift license which is in date.
