Job Description

Working across Repairs and Lettings you will focus on reducing Void loss, giving excellent customer service and working cohesively with internal and external teams to ensure our properties are let in agreed targets and in line with company policy.This role will have a key focus on works planning, reviewing progress of works and ensuring quality and compliance. Planning and reviewing workstreams across multiple internal and external teams mean communication is key. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage relationships at all levels will be vital in this roleYou will work with the Team Manager by contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean ways of working and optimise performance and service delivery.What will help you make a difference.

  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, specifically excel
  • Ability to plan, schedule, prioritise workloads of a team, to meet deadlines.
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and challenge
  • Commitment and understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Team player and focus on team task approach to meet the needs of the customer
  • Ability to work under pressure in a performance driven culture
  • Confident and able to articulate barriers to performance and delivery, empowering the team to do the same.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
