Job Description

My client are looking for a Transmission Control Software Engineer to support the development of hybrid vehicle transmissions software.This will be for an initial 6 month contract, outside of IR35 with 2/3 days remote working from the Coventry Area.You must have the right to work in the UK.Required Experience:

  • Recent experience in Automotive (IC/Hybrid Vehicle) transmission systems development, Dual clutch, Automatic gearbox, etc
  • Experienced developing software for transmission controls
  • Experience in Software development tools like Matlab/Simulink
Desirable:
  • Experience using ASCET
  • Embedded Software & Application Software
  • Experience in Hybrid/EV systems
