We are on the lookout for a talented and strategic Transformation Manager to effectively manage and oversee multiple projects within the contactcentre, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress to ensure alignment with transformation objectives, on-time completion, and meeting expectations.
  • Provide direct assistance and guidance to front-line managers and supervisors during team transitions.
  • Collaborate across organizational levels to drive change, involving senior leaders, coaching managers, and assessing stakeholder readiness.
  • Lead change management efforts with cross-functional teams to understand, handle, and reinforce change throughout the transformation life cycle.
  • Develop and execute a change management strategy using industry-standard methodologies for successful planning and execution.
  • Partner with project management, operations, human resources, and stakeholders for effective communication and ensuring acceptance and adoption of proposed changes.
Key Requirements:
  • Contact Centre Experience: Proven experience in a senior role within a contact centre environment.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering teams.
  • Innovative Thinker: Proven ability to drive innovation and implement new ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with contact centre technologies and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Ideally APM or PRINCE2
