The role will involve high levels of output but for high levels of reward. You will enjoy the benefits of an established team to workwith being surrounded by experienced recruiters to guide your development.Additional duties:Business development - Speaking to prospective clients, developing a relationship to offer temporary and permanent recruitment servcicesFinding the talent! - Using the recruitment resources provided to support recruitment campaigns for clients across the West Midlands.Market Knowledge - Build knowledge within the Driver sector, understand the market, skills shortages, salary bandings to create additional value to our clients.Requirements for the role:Previous sales experience either Business to Business / Business to ClientConfident personality / build rapport easilySelf-motivated, ambitious and target drivenExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently but will work well in a team environment.A positive approach to learning new skills.SalaryNegotiable dependent on experience.If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, please submit your details to progress your application for the role.
