Job Description

Customer Contact Advisor / Track and TraceWe are excited to announce some amazing new roles working in relationship with Track and Trace for a new government project. The role is an extension of current track and trace and you will be dealing with International travel.This is a really important role as you will be calling people entering or leaving the country. On average as a country we will be making over a 100,000 calls a day which should increase to about 300,000 during the busy summer holiday months.This is an going temporary position which should be running from 6-12 months, however with view to be extended depending on how successful the campaign is.This is a remote, home working position, so you will need a quiet place to work, your own computer with windows 10, 4gb ram minimum and a good internet connection.   • 10am to 6pm or 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and a rotational shift pattern
  • You will also be required to work 2 weekends in a month, however you would only work 1 Saturday and then work 1 Sunday and then have the following 2 weekends off.
  • Rates of pay for Customer Contact Advisor
  • 18-20 - £6.56
  • 21-22 - £8.36
  • 23+ - £8.91
  • The role of Customer Contact Advisor
  • To contact residents who are coming back into the country to make sure they isolate
  • Building rapport and showing empathy to peoples situation
  • Updating clients system with correct notes and details regarding conversation
  • Providing detailed and structured information to those who need or currently isolating
  • Ensuring all personal data is kept secured and safe
  • The candidate
  • Ideally have minimum of 6/12 months call centre experience
  • Previous track and trace agents welcome as this role is similar and your experience would be a great benefit
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Ability to communicate effectively with numerous people
  • Show empathy to people situation and support them
