About the roleSytner BMW & MINI Coventry currently has a fantastic opportunity available for a SMART Repair Technician to join our talented Bodyshop team.As a Sytner SMART Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of body and trim repairs on vehicles. You must be able to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality within set timescales.Duties will include a broad range of tasks such as repairing scratches, scuffs and dents to bodywork, minor filler work, prepping cars for larger repairs, polishing and finishing vehicles to a high standard following repair, repairing windscreen chips, refurbishingalloy wheels, carrying out basic trim repairs and other similar duties. You might find yourself working on customer vehicles on a retail or insurance basis or preparing used cars for resale, but in either case, the right blend of quality workmanship and efficiencywill be important.Sytner SMART Technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About YouPrevious experience as a SMART Repair Technician is essential. Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment would be beneficial; we are seeking high calibre individuals able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top quality repairs, with care and attention to detail.
