An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lung Health Check Programme Administrator to join the Respiratory department at UHCW, to support the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated band 4 administrator/patient tracker with previous experience in an administrative post.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic individual , who is able to work autonomously and is confident in working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases. You ideally will have substantial experience working with electronic filing and patient tracking systems, formatting documents, minute taking, the handling of confidential information, and possess excellent customer care, organisational and interpersonal skills.The Targeted Lung Health Teams overall purpose is to enable the early detection of lung cancer in order to save lives.The team is based at City of Coventry Health Centre (Paybody Building) and will have close alliances with general practitioners and the Community COPD team.Closing Date: Please be aware this vacancy will close once sufficient applications have been received.
