Job Description

Interim Talent Acquisition SpecialistWest Midlands£300 per day - 12 Month AssignmentThe CompanyA high-status international business is looking for a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Business Partner to work within their resourcing function to cover for a period of maternity leave for at least one year.Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Business Partner - Key ObjectivesThe key focus of this role is to provide a full 360 recruitment service to your key stakeholders - with a big focus on stakeholder management and collaboration. Skilled at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultation and engagementthis role offers.

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to fully understand the resourcing needs of their areas - both current and future
  • Build effective pipelines
  • Manage resourcing campaigns
  • Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
  • Advise and decide on the most appropriate recruitment solution for positions
  • This is a hands on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key in the selection process
  • Field applications, interview, liaise with advertising agencies, headhunt as required
  • Design assessment tools and processes
  • Manage recruitment from interview to offer stage
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Business Partner - Experience Required
  • In House recruitment or an agency background will be considered.
  • If you have an agency background, our client is looking for someone who has recruited for Engineering / Utilities / Head office
  • You will be an experienced operational recruiter with a strong commercial background.
  • This is an operational resourcing role, managing stakeholder relationships, devising resourcing strategy and managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Our client is looking for someone who is articulate, credible with exceptional communication skills.
  • This client will consider candidates from an RPO background if your responsibilities have involved the candidate interaction in terms of sourcing candidates, sifting CVs, arranging interviews, making offers to candidates as well as client facing.
