We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Coventry on a fixed-term 6 months contract.The Systems Advisor will provide data maintenance and organisation design (position management). This will involve working closely with the HR Systems Team and the HR Services & Administration Team, as well as with the wider People Team. On a daily basis,work hand in hand with System Maintenance & Development Lead to provide continuous system support as well as future proofing the technology and data by educating end users, running data cleansing exercises, uploading correct info into the system and keepingdata up to date.Key responsibilities of the Systems Advisor * Support the System Maintenance & Development Lead in the development of the contingency plans for the new HR system - SuccessFactors and contribute to overall disaster recovery plans.* Assist with running of the key reports and troubleshooting.* Work closely with the System Maintenance & Development Lead to ensure thattraining and guidance on the systems is available for all users, working withcolleagues to ensure that new processes and functionality are updated in guidancematerials, with refresher training given where required.* Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, such as GDPR, UKVI, providing expert advice and guidance on systems administration capability and functionality.Key skills required of the Systems Advisor * Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors* A natural problem-solver* Good knowledge of workforce analyticsRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
