System Strategy ManagerCoventry (hybrid)Paying up to £60,000 per annumPermanentRobert Walters is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation in the West Midlands. After experiencing exponential growth within Q1, they are seeking a System Strategy Manager who will be responsible for the management, security, maintenanceand performance of IT systems owned by the People Team within the organisation.System Strategy Manager - What will you be doing* Supporting implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and other key people systems.* Provide leadership and guidance to the team on maintaining and improving People systems and identifying new opportunities for improvement.* Overseeing and monitoring of the budget design, including management of external providers within the service delivery* Managing and optimising all licensing & subscription decisions* Delivering presentations, briefings or workshop sessions to senior staff on the development and* enhancement of the capability of the People systems* Working closely with systems maintenance / ITS to provide strategic direction around* the system upgrades and functionality.* Ensuring that Contingency and Disaster Recovery Plans are in place in case of System or* Network failure.System Strategy Manager - What will you need* Proven experience of HR/Payroll systems management.* Experience of manipulating data and producing reports.* Experience with SaaS implementations.* The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with wide range of stakeholders.* Analytical skills to identify problems and produce solutions.If you would be interested in speaking about the role or having a general chat about your job search, please send your CV toPlease acknowledge, if you do not hear back from myself or my team in 72 hours, you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
