Acorn is working on behalf of Bylor who is recruiting a substantial number of Steel Fixers to work at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater. Project Duration: Long term, full-time Typical standard hours: * Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm * Friday 7am - 4pm * 53 hours on-site * 50hours paid (afterdeduction per day for lunch) Base pay of £18.34 p/h Weekend overtime hours: 7am start and either 8 hour or 10 hour shift (dependent upon workload) First 4 hours on Saturdays at time and a half (£27.51 p/h). All other Saturday hours at double time (£36.68 p/h). All hours on Sundays at double time. Nights: 7pm - 6am 25% uplift on base salary to £22.92 p/h Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 Steel Fixing as a min. requirement * Valid CSCS card * HS&E test for operative report * Proof of right to work in UK * Pass a drug and alcohol test Additional benefits: * Accommodation allowance of £291.62 per week (accommodation options on and off site) * Daily travel allowance up to £30 per day depending on distance from accommodation * Monthly travel home paid * 2 days off in every 14 days cycle * Direct PAYE every 2 weeks * 30 days holiday including Bank holidays * Entitled to be part of the Bylor bonus scheme; up to max of 10% of hours worked based on agreed KPIs after 2 months on siteAcorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
