Job Description

Site ManagerSalary: Grade 5 (£22,18327,741 FTE)Hours: 37 hours per weekAll year round. 08:0016:00 MonThu 08:0015:30 FriStart Date: ASAPLocation: CoventryThe Trust is a growing organisation, which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire of which this Academy is the most recently affiliated. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate anddeliver a World Class education for all.At the Academy they aim to build meaningful relationships based on trust and mutual respect. They are committed to supporting all staff and students to be the best you can be.An exciting opportunity has arisen at this Academy for an experienced hardworking, motivated and flexible Site Manager who can demonstrate they have the key skills and abilities to undertake this role. The successful candidate will report to the OperationsManager who will be guided by the Head of Estates. You will be responsible for the overall provision of services relating to the management of academy premises, site and associated facilities. The post holder will line manage a small dedicated site team basedat the Academy. Your focus will be maintaining statutory building compliance and ensuring adequate supplies are available. Previous caretaking/site management experience preferred, but not essential for this role. Applicants with good maintenance and leadershipskills would be considered.The successful candidate must be:
