Facilities Management Specialist who maintain healthcare contracts nationally have an opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Technician to join a team of 4. Shift: 4 on 4 off, 7AM - 7PM - 7PM - 7AM The site is a busy hospital that requires the individual to be able to work from steps, scaffolding and other heights. This is a Mechanical biased role, plumbing background is desired along with Hospital experience. Task & Responsibilities:Day to day minor repairs and inspections and assist the Maintenance teamAssisting in other disciplines such as, fabric / gritting during the bad weatherAssist with waste compactor and clinical waste PPM / Reactive maintenanceQualifications:CSCS OR equivalent H&S qualificationQualifications:Mechanical Qualification in installation/maintenanceFull UK driving licenceRelevant ExperienceMechanical maintenance in a Healthcare environment
