Service Desk Analyst (Unix/Linux) - £18,000 - £30,000 with some shift allowance - Coventry**Please note** Successful applicants must be eligible to obtain UK SC ClearanceLeading engineering company is actively recruiting for an experienced 1st/2nd line Service Desk Analyst working on a shift rotation supporting a Unix/Linux environment.The shift pattern is 4 day shifts 07:30 to 20:00 hours, 4 days off, then 4 late shifts 13:00 to 01:30At present the team is taking up to 120 calls per day shift.Responsibilities for the position of Service Desk Analyst (Unix/Linux):
