Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employersand providing youth services.Please note this is a Fixed term contract for 18.5 months starting in April 2024.What is the role aboutThe role of Service Design Executive is to support the Service Design Lead to ensure a successful implementation of a large-scale project. Reporting to the Service Design Lead, you will assist with varied service design activities throughout the implementation,from contract award up to contract commencement. These are varied roles which will encompass service design & delivery, staff and partner training, research & analysis, preparing delivery materials, preparing reports, engaging with internal and external stakeholdersto ensure we have met our commitments from the commissioner.You will be required to regularly work with other departments and workstream leads during contract and project mobilisation, notably Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence, Systems and Compliance.Reed in Partnership requires the full commitment and cooperation of its employees to strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, which includes quality standards, data protection, health and safety, diversity and safeguarding.Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include;
