Job Description Our client are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract opportunity to be based in Coventry. Our client are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract opportunity to be based in Coventry. The successful candidate will have experience working with ITIL 4.
  • To lead the gap analysis between current situation and moving to ITIL 4.
  • To introduce process and policy around standard processes in ITIL such as Incident management, Problem Management, Event management etc. This person needs to be more experienced in stature, essentially viewing and recommending the right actions and directionsto current and future services.
  • If there are decisions to be made on certain services that need to be changed, then this person must have the experience to be able to look at viable solutions that are not only fit for purpose but also the right services for the future.
