Job Description

About the roleThis is an opportunity to work for a team of respected Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as a Senior Prudential Risk Analyst within the Financial & Model Risk team.Being trusted advisors and critical friends to the 1st line of defence, our purpose is to enable the business to make effective risk-based decisions, considering the prudential regulatory framework and underpinned by robust controls and governance.This is a lead role in performing 2nd line oversight and assessment of liquidity, market, and capital risks for the Society, presenting results to Senior Management and/or Executives as appropriate.It would suit someone who naturally builds and maintains working relationships with key stakeholders, who is seen as a trusted advisor, and promotes best in class approaches to the management of the Society’s financial and prudential risks.Our benefits include:
